Bernie Sanders and alarmists everywhere were very excited to announce that Christmas Eve was the warmest on the short existing temperature record.
But, of course, he (and they) fail to state obvious facts, such as these from the National Weather Service…
And while five of the six warmest Xmas’s occurred from 50 to 126 years ago (before the time period during which human generated CO2 is believed to have had any significant influence) …
four of the five coldest Xmas’s on record occurred within the last 43 years!
But, of course, as any scientist will tell you, single day temperatures do not tell us ANYTHING about Climate Change, so when people like Bernie and others try to conflate the two, it is just politics, not science.
